I got up to pee around 1am and when I laid back down in bed I felt a pop and some wetness. I got to the bathroom as quick as I could manage and as soon as I got to the tile floor there was a huge gush. I was more scared of ruining the mattress/ carpet/ furniture/ car/ couch than the embarrassment of it breaking in pubic lol.

I was one of those movie type labors. Water broke with a big gush and contractions started immediately and were quite strong!!

Yes, for two babies. Labor started naturally within 2 hours for DS. I had an enema to get the contractions started after 4 hours of nothing with DD.

Nope, and I had been convinced it would! I was irrationally concerned about it happening in bed and ruining the mattress Priorities...
Dr ended up breaking it when I was 10 cm.
