In the 9 months leading up to my BFP, I lost almost 30 pounds with a combination of daily walks and calorie control. I've given a lot of that up during pregnancy due to the insane hunger I've had + exhaustion, although I've recently started to walk more.
My question is this, when is it safe to go back on a 'diet' after pregnancy? All I was doing before was keeping my calorie counts below 1600-1800 a day, no specific food plan or anything. Did any of you start something like that up after pregnancy? When did you feel comfortable doing so?
