The other post asking about dining room furniture got me thinking about my own dining room. I was hoping all of you awesome decorators could give me some suggestions. My parents gave us this amazing antique tiger oak round table sort of like the picture I put below. Currently, we just folding chairs and it looks awful, obviously. Am I absolutely crazy for thinking of getting fabric chairs when I have little ones around? This will be our formal dining room so it won't get a lot of day to day use but I'm sure the kids will still be going through the room.

Any other suggestions? For reference, we plan on using the color like the below picture with the blue walls and cream accents. Thanks!
