I've been so bad with not making dinner for us since I've been home on leave. I want to make something tonight. We have the following in house:

Meats: Chicken breasts, london broil, pork loin, breaded tilapia
Fresh Veggies: Broccoli, carrots and salad fixings
Grains: couscous, quinoa, rice, random pastas
Seasonings: pretty much everything.

I can't make anything with tomatoes - husband is allergic. Any suggestions on what to make for dinner?
