LO is 18m and eats dinner around 6/630p and wakes up at 5:30a. I nurse her and she'll usually let us snooze for another 30-60 minutes.

T eats dinner at 6 or 6:30 and pre-DST was sleeping until 6:30/7, but lately it's more like 6. He gets milk right before bed, but only a few oz. (He only wakes at night if ill).

Dinner is usually 7 p.m. although it can vary up or down by 30 minutes. She wakes up to nurse anytime between 4 & 5:30 but she goes back to sleep until 7.

If she has dinner early at 5:30, i try to give her a snack (e.g., yogurt, or cheese + crackers) right before i give her a bath, around 7pm.
