@travelgirl1: well I actually just threw some chicken breasts in my baking dish, spread mustard and spicy chili sauce on them and put it in the oven... It smells delish but who knows. Sorry!

We're having pesto pasta and I'm having fish while my husband is having a steak. Maybe a salad too...not sure yet.

@anonysquire: I make cornbread batter and then fry it like pancakes, and then I pile the toppings on it. So it's kind of like a tostada of sorts.

Tonight was one of those nights where ds eats pb&j, dh scrambles some eggs for himself and I reheat some leftovers. Weekends are my days off from cooking dinner for the most part, lol

I had honey-garlic chicken and a rice casserole that my mom makes. I would have preferred something that's high on my cravings list, but I figured I should be good tonight. Taco Bell can wait.

I tried a new Pinterest recipe. Slow cooker chicken teriyaki over sticky rice. Wasn't too shabby.

The hubs and I grilled some BBQ chicken breasts, ribeye (hubs), hot links, asparagus and cherry tomato/onion skewers. Yummy and easy! And for dessert, I had 2 scoops of brown sugar banana ice cream w choco chips.
