We're having fish with creamy garlic pasta and baked sweet potato slices.

It's Pancake Tuesday (I think it's mostly celebrated in Commonwealth countries...our version of Mardi Gras) so we had DELICIOUS buttermilk pancakes (some with wild blueberries, some with bananas) and bacon. YUM!
