I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but LO has been into dinosaurs since she was a year old and loves the TV show Dinosaur Train. It's very factual and science based and features a segment by a paleontologist on every episode. It's also got decent plots, teaches good character and one of the only shows that DH actually likes to watch with her!

I completely agree with the above posters that Dinosaur Train is great! My kids love the show and learn a lot during the paleontologist segment at the end.

There are also some great kids dinosaur books from National Geographic and Smithsonian.

And on YouTube my son loves Blippi. He has a little dinosaur video/song. It’s only a couple mins but she might really like it. It’s silly (to us) but they love it.

And if it really takes off, Learning Resources has some great dinosaur figures to play with on amazon.

And there is a series of books called “How do Dinosaurs...” and there’s lots of topics. Play with friends, clean their room, go to sleep, get well soon....they are pretty short and aren’t cartoonish - they are illustrations of real dinosaurs (and more obscure ones - not the basic t-Rex, triceratops, etc)
