If you work in a corporate environment, do you find that colleagues are obsessed with using which instead of that, myself instead of me, and delete every comma they can get because they think it's correct?

I've been working on this communication piece with two workers and it's been so aggravating because they want to replace every "which" with "that" and delete commas even though they should be there!

Forgive me, this has been a long week and it's only Tuesday.
