Ok, so I know in the grand sceme of of things this is not a big deal, but today I'm disappointed. Super disappointed. I've been planning my LO's winter wONEderland party for the past 2 months and today had everything ready to go (including helium balloons - the works!) and then it snowed 8"! A real, but inconvienient, winter wonderland! So only a neighbor made it out of 35-40 people. Several people tried to make it and had to turn around, it was awful out.

Ugh! I worked so hard on the food and everything... It just sucks! I will try to re freeze the cookies, cupcakes, and cake in hopes of doing something next weekend, but I am so exhausted from all the cleaning, decorating, cooking/baking that it is overwhelming thinking of having to buy all the food again and redo it... But then again, I also spent a lot of time on everything else that will still be good.

What would you do? Just be done with it or try for a redo? If I try to reschedule, it would have to be for next weekend or in Jan. But if we did it next weekend, some food would still be ok (Cheeses, ingredients for dips I hadn't made yet - like sour cream)... But this is a busy week, so it will be a challenge to redo the food... And it's not much notice for people.

Let's just hope I don't eat all 4 dozen cookies before I figure out what do with them!
