We found out our first offer on a house was accepted (!!!) and we close (pending inspection of course) on Dec. 17. It is a c. 1900 small colonial house in good condition but we have lots of hopes to make some cosmetic changes and also to do a DIY renovation of the kitchen. Any great DIY blog suggestions beyond YHL? Thanks!
