I'm a bf-ing mommy and if I don't eat something before bed I always wake up hungry. So since I was pregnant I've been eating lots of cereal and haven't been able to kick the cereal habit yet! I always have to have a bowl before bed. What's a healthier choice to keep me full through the night??
I'm still bf'ing but not as crazy hungry these days, as long as I eat well during the day. As for alternatives, sometimes I would have banana or avocado on toast instead, but usually cereal. It's just easy!
