My mom had 3 girls. But, so far my older sister has given her 2 boys, I have a boy, and my other sister is pregnant and gets to find out the gender today! We are all hoping for a girl!
On DH's side it's all boys!! I feel like like I will probably have all boys too.

Mix of both. I have a boy. My brother has a girl! My parents had one of each. My mil had 2 boys and desperately wants a granddaughter.

My mom has a boy and a girl and my MIL has two boys. Then BIL had a boy and now just had a girl. Our LO is a girl. So I guess it's a good mix. DH's grandparents have eleven great grandchildren and there are 5 girls and will be 6 boys within the next few months so it's a good mix there too.
@stargal: That's how my MIL was. She was so excited when LO was born and now she has another granddaughter too.

I'm from a family of 4 girls and my husbands from a family of 3 boys. So far we have one girl and fill find out in a month what #2 is.

Girls on my side. My mom was all girls too.
In three generations my husbands family has had 24 babies. Only six were boys.

Girls! There are only the minimum amount of boys there have needed to be, if that makes sense! Same on DH's side of the family. BIL and SIL have 2 girls and I also have one on the way!

Girls all the way on my side! I'm having one, I have two sisters, and my mom & dad each had two sisters. DH has more of a mix... he has a bro & sis, and we have 3 nieces and 3 nephews.

my parents had girl, girl, boy. my moms family is girl, girl, boy. my dads side is girl, boy.
DHs parents had boy, boy, girl. His dad is boy, girl, boy.
It's a pretty good mix!! Out of new babies in the family, my side has a little girl. On DHs side there is 6 girls, 2 boys, and one boy on the way!

Allllllllll boys on DH's side. He's one of 5 brothers, his dad is one of 6 brothers, SIL has 2 boys (but she did just have a girl this year!) and we have a boy. On my side it's mixed.

My grandma (dads side) had 5 boys
DH's grandma had 4 girls 1 boy
My mom had 2 girls
DH's mom had 1 girl 1 boy

My husband is the eldest of six boys, but on my mom's side of the family there hasn't been a boy born in almost 40 years! I'm really curious as to what our baby is going to be.

Girls. My Uncle had 2 girls and my Dad had 3. Then, my Mom has another daughter and a son (who is the 5th and final child). I have a girl.

It's pretty even. My grandma (mom's side) had a boy and a girl. My mom had 2 girls, but my uncle had a boy. My other grandma (dad's side) had 2 boys and a girl. She has 4 grandsons and 4 granddaughters.
DH is an only child. His mom's side has mostly boys and his dad's side is fairly even.
We should find out what we're having next week!!

We're pretty even. I'm one of 6, with 4 girls and 2 boys. My nieces and nephews (on my side) are exactly even: 3 boys, 3 girls. Dh's side is exactly even, too.

On my side both but on my husband's side this generation has not had a SINGLE boy! But his generation was all boys. So I feel a little self inflicted pressure to have a boy since we're the last to have kids on his side.

My mom had one of each, but my dad only had me. My husband's parents have one of each, his paternal grandparents had one girl and two boys... Seems like there's a pretty even mix.

Hands down girls! Boys are few and bewteen in my family, we are waiting on my first nephew in July after 4 girls and my dad had 3 girls!

Definitely girls. On DH's side we have four nieces and one nephew. On my side, two nieces. And then we have DD.

Hard to say! Mom has a sister, dad has two sisters. I have a brother and a sister. DH's mom has four brothers, his dad has one sister. DH has a sister.
Right now we have one of each! If we have number three, we're hoping for another boy. Both our families need more boys.

I have four sisters and two sister-in-laws; my husband is the only boy in his family and he was the first in mine, since I got married first!
My sister and one of my SILs have boys, and we have one boy and one girl. So it's mostly girls in my generation, and mostly boys in the next generation.
