Mine had trouble with the first few days of preschool. Only an accident each day, but had been perfect for months.
Her teaches said it was normal. By the end of the first week it had passed. -
Neither of mine had potty regressions.

Yes. He would have accidents when someone else was watching him. This happened several times but luckily now that he's been potty trained a year he seems better. No accidents at preschool so far which is huge. He also would randomly have a day where he would just have 2-3 accidents for no reason.
