A lady I work with the other day really irked me. She told me that since I just have a baby and I work full time, I have it so easy. All I have to do is drop off my baby at daycare pick him up and take care of him when he's sick.
I was speechless, all I said was, it's not THAT easy.
Do you ever get comments on how easy you have it?

Whaaat? That is terrible and definitely not easy.
People actually tell me that my life looks hard. Which makes me wonder if I come off as frazzled?!

I agree with HLK208. I get the "wow you've got your work cut out for you" or "how do you do it, you must be constantly busy" lines all the time.
I used to get the easy line when I only had one kid. People just talk to talk and don't think about what they're saying. I try to ignore it, but it is super annoying!

Yes, I work from home and my MIL doesn't understand why I need to put LO in daycare! You just stay home!!

People do say I have it easy because I'm a SAHM, I don't have to work. Yes, because raising a baby and keeping up with the house, laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc. isn't work.

My brother says it to me ALL the freaking time and it pisses me off so badly!!! I haven't had other people tell me that though.
