Ahhh! I have a dang fenugreek capsule stuck! It just won't go all the way down my throat and I keep drinking water. It's really annoying!!!

@matador84: All.The.Time! I end up having to eat a piece of bread or something just to force it down. Ewwww - I can just imagine how bad of a taste that fenugreek pill is leaving in your mouth.

Yes!! This happened to me just the other night. I tilt my head back and use my hand to help "massage" it down. It hurt like crap, but at least it's down and the discomfort is gone. Mine was a big of pre-natal vitamin.

I have to put water in my mouth, then a pill, and then more water. to be able to swallow pills.

Just a few times and it was awful! I got one of those ginormous Rainbow Light prenatals stuck in there!

all the time. hate that feeling. and that's exactly the reason i chose to go with the petite mini-tab version of rainbow light prenatals.
