DH asked me to bake cookies but I'm getting over a cold. Should I? FWIW, he has a strong immune system and the LO's have already had the cold.

I don't recall if I ever have (I usually don't feel up to it) but I don't think it would deter me from cooking/baking. Just keep your hands super clean and don't touch your face!

If i do, i don't breathe on the goodies and I don't touch them! If i eat any batter, I use a spoon. The oven goes to 350F, right?...that's gotta count for something

I would probably say sorry, no cookies for you until I'm feeling better and then I would go take a nap

I can't really think I have just because I prefer to veg on the couch when I'm sick, but the actual germs issue wouldn't deter me.
I'd just use a mixer instead of my hands, wash frequently and figure the over will take care of any other germs.
