Most definitely! Whenever I think life is unfair I remind myself that karma has a way of "fixing" things.

I think it's fun to think about. I generally see that people who do good things are "rewarded" at some point and people who aren't so nice, well, it seems to eventually catch up with them.

For me it's exspecially with behavior and money, for example if a cashier was to give me to much change back I make sure to correct them, otherwise that's money I would lose later. Behavior wise what goes around comes around

I do to an extent. I feel that we're very blessed in our life, but we did go through a lot to get here. We have two beautiful boys to show for all of our hard work, and I feel like teaching them to be generous and kind is important because even if it's not happening when they can see it, they'll be fortunate at some point in their life. A loose "what goes around comes around" here as well.

Absolutely! I grew up to believe that acts of kindness will bring good fortune, while bad behavior catches up on you somehow.

I used to believe in karma, but my experience and observation have proved otherwise. I've seen too much pain and struggle to good people, and not enough pain and suffering to bad people.
Our society does not reward you enough for being generous, kind, honest. It rewards you greatly for being smart, cunning, a leader,
I remember reading a holocaust novel where the author said "the best ones died". What he meant was the best ones were trying to help the others, and didnt survive themselves.

No, I donât believe in karma. I DO believe that if you act like a total dick to people, youâre likely to reap what you sow but not because of âkarmaâ, but because people get wise to you and are less likely to do nice things for you. Conversely, if youâre a generally helpful person and pleasant to be around and not a dick, people are more likely to reciprocate.

No, I don't think the universe is keeping track. Good people are hopefully surrounded by other good people, and nice things result. Especially if they have a good attitude! Ditto the other way around. But shit happens sometimes no matter what.

No. Bad things happen to good people all the time. And (as a good friend pointed out to me) good things happen to terrible people....trump is the republican presidential candidate for cripes sake!

@winniebee: I totally came back to say the same thing about Trump!

I used to.. but no. I see too many good people have awful things happen, and too many not-so-great folks have easy times. It's just life.
That said, I wish it DID go that way... and I'm doing my best to teach G that doing good will always benefit/outweigh the negative.

I don't really believe in it. But it pops on my head involuntary.
I believe in doing the right thing when possible and safe. I believe in leaving things better than I found them. I believe all people deserve consideration and respect as long as they give me the same.bSo I guess I believe in paying it forward more than karma.

I would like to think it exists! But I've too many narcissisms succeed beyond all expectations... so karma can't possibly exist.

To some extent I do, but I don't believe it's an equal system, per se. Bad things happen to good people all the time and vice versa. But I do believe that if you do questionable things, especially with money, it's really bad karma. For example, I almost accidentally stole Tums from Target a few days ago. It was a total accident, but I did notice before I left the store and after a moment's debate I went and paid for them. I couldn't just walk out of the store with them even though I would have gotten away with it. I feel like it would just be asking the universe for something bad to happen financially.
