Since I've been making massive amounts of chicken stock, it'd be great if I could collect bones in my freezer. I've just been buying a whole chicken and making it, but the meat is such a waste because I end up having to make massive amounts of chicken salad. I don't collect bones because I always buy skinless/boneless chicken thighs and breasts. I'm lazy even if it costs a little bit more!
Do you buy boneless and skinless?
