Mrs tricycle's post today got me thinking: do any of you can?
I do- I LOVE it.
I have canned peaches, tomatoes, applesauce, raspberry jam, peach jam, jalapeƱo jam, basil and pepper jam (so good on turkey sandwiches that I can't eat now that I'm pregnant...) and attempted pickled peppers and salsa verde but I didn't like how they turned out.
This spring I made chive blossom vinegar.
And once I made fruit leather from our raspberries. SO GOOD!
Have you ever canned anything?
