I change before since he usually falls asleep after I feed him!

As a new newborn, before because she would fall asleep every feeding. Since then, after! She loves to do her business while eating.

Now I change her before, but when she was a newbie she had a track record of pooping while she ate so I'd always have to change her after anyways... saved a little of my sanity by cutting out the before meal change. =)

After. Unless she's eating really slowly, then we use the diaper change to wake her up.

Always after. DS is what our pediatrician calls and "in and out baby". As soon as the milk goes in, it comes right out. He has a full diaper after every single feeding!

I would change him after a feeding because he would normally poop while he was eating. He was always too eager to eat and not patient enough to get through a diaper change beforehand.
