I clear her nasal passage whenever I can hear her breathe. I was shocked when my MIL said she never cleared her kids' noses!! All 5 of them!!

When I see dried snot in her nose, I fish it out for her. I've only tried to clear our mucus when she had a cold a couple of months ago.

She gets a lot of dried boogers so I fish those out every day. And I suck the snot out when she has a cold.

I haven't yet. I pick it if there's a booger though.

We have to do full on sinus irrigation twice a day and have since my son was about 5 months old. My husband is a pro at it.
