How many times a day do you Nose Frieda your LO? We've already done it 3x this morning. I feel it still doesn't completely clear up!

i have only used it when she was stuffed up. I fist used the hydra sense nasal spray to soften everything up then the nose frieda.

I made sure to use it before every nap and mealtime. And if I had it in reach tried to use it after he sneezed because the snot was moving freely then.

Never very often. She hated it so so much, and our ped did say to be careful not to overdo it. I do still use the saline mist pretty freely though.
Lucky for me she somehow taught herself how to blow her nose in the last month. Now anytime she finds a small piece of cloth or napkin she tries to blow, but it's better than fighting over the snot snucker.
