I haven't. I was thinking of changing it once per "sickness." I do have an IRL friend who changes it every. Single. Time.

Oh we just got this per the suggestion of DS doc! We love it! We started using it this week... we do not change the fiter... I don't even know we could!

Nothing touches the membrane though, I just figured we would change it every few months? Is that gross? Why would you change it?

Hahaha, I don't change it every time either. I used it so much the past week and there was no way I was changing it that often. Now that LO's cold has passed, I'll change the filter so it's ready for next time.

Whew !!! Glad you ladies don't. It seems pointless right now since nothing touches it. ESP just for regular snot and boogies. When he is sick I will prob change it.
Also , I LOVE this thing. The bulb aspirator is so worthless

Nope. I don't understand why you'd change it cause the stuff doesn't even come close to the filter! Maybe we just don't suck hard enough?
