Ever since hearing that bacteria flies up into the air whenever you flush the toilet, I always shut the lid before flushing.

Totally with you! I heard about that at a youngish age and was totally grossed out. It's one of the few things I'm a germophobe about.

I was going to say that before even reading your post! I heard that germs shoot 8 feet up into the air... umm sick! and I don't like looking at it either lol

Nope but my toothbrush is on the WAY other side of the bathroom from where the toilet is.

My toothbrush is in our medicine cabinet, so it's not a biggie to me. Helps build immunity

Yuck! I never do but this is grossing me out. Good thing I keep my toothbrush in a travel case. Ewwwww!

Always always always. I'm still trying to get DH to do the same thing. We have a small bathroom, our toothbrushes are right there! YUCK!
