Depends how long we go for and if we're driving or flying. One month? yes;Weekend? no. Sometimes if we go for a week and we're driving, we'll take disposables for the first half of the week and then use cloth for the second half because we'll only need to wash once when we get home.

I bring cloth to my parents place, we visit for a few days every month or so. Otherwise I use disposables.

Like most of yall, I use cloth for an extended stay with family where I know I can launder there. If I'm driving and I'll be gone for 2-3 days, I'll take cloth and wash at home. Once or twice I flew home with dirty diapers. It wasn't really that bad. I hope TSA didn't have to inspect it lol! If I can't fit all my cloth, I might do a few disposables in the daytime and cloth overnight for sure. I also like some hybrids like the GroVia shells with the throwaway soaker. Those are handy for travel.

Nope. I'm a light packer. Our family buys diapers for when we're visiting them, and if we're not visiting family we just buy when we get there. I don't want to deal with carting around dirty diapers or figuring out where/how to wash while I'm there.

Goodness no! And right now we are staying in a friend's condo for 2 months until our house closes (2.5 weeks left to go...yahoo!), and we have been using disposables the whole time. I cannot wait to get back to our cloth. But they are in the moving truck getting hauled across the country...no choice at the moment but to stick to the sposies!
