I remember reading about this book and the controversy around some similar book so I picked it up when I was at the library the other day. I figured since I was making puree/mashes for LO it was a good time to try it.. and so far I really like it! I'm trying to add more visible veggies to our meals but I'm happy to add some undetectable ones as well.
So far I've done sloppy joes with sweet potato & butternut squash puree, peanut butter fruit fondue with squash puree, and meatloaf with bean and carrot puree.
Anyone else do this or read the book(s)?
