After lunch I am constantly checking the clock and counting down to when I get to leave to go pick up my LO from day care. Seeing her face when I walk into the room is the highlight of my day

Sometimes but I like going to the gym and running errands before I go...much easier without the kids!

Yes! DS is 17 months but I still get butterflies when 4:30 hits and I get to go pick him up His face lights up and he gets himself into a giggle fest when I show up and I melt every time!

Sometimes! I usually go work out before I go home, but DH will text me photos sometimes.

@blackbird: Ha! I'm with you, I've always counted down the mins til I can leave...I'm known at our office for knowing to the min how much time is left til I can run like a bat outta hell.
Yes! I get excited to see them at the end of the day and rush home to spend as much time as I can with them

I do drop off, but I count down until I can get home and get food ready. Today, I'm doing both. I have to get his food ready before I leave to get him. He's daddy oriented lately, so this probably won't thrill him to see my again with DH being busy with a work project.

Totally!!!! He may be the reason I'm super duper exhausted the following day, but there's nothing better than seeing his happy smiley face while flapping his arms in excitement and bouncing up and down when I pick him up.
