I used to more, but I'm not as flexible at this point in my pregnancy. sometimes it cracks during yoga though, and that feels fantastic.

Yeah. I know it's so bad but it feels sooo good. I barely get any good cracks anymore, though, ever since I had E. D sometimes does the pick me up and crack my upper back thing, though.
He, on the other hand, gets some insane back cracks. He stretches out a lot first, and then gets like 6-8 really great-sounding ones, lol.

Constantly! I went to a chiro for a while and it did honestly help but I don't have the time to keep up with it!

I can't! I had spinal fusion surgery when I was younger, so I don't crack!
