Yep, fingers, knuckles, neck, back and toes. The best is when I'm lying on my back in bed and shift just a little bit but get this deliciously deep lower back crack. So satisfying.

I crack 10 different joints on each hand, both wrists, both elbows, sometimes my back, and sometimes my big toes.
Hubs does 10 on each hand, wrists, elbows, neck, back, shoulder blades, ankles, toes, and sometimes knees.
I thought I was a joint cracking machine until I met him!

Yep, it's so satisfying! I've been having trouble getting my back to pop though. It seriously needs it!

Yes. They have these big foam rollers at my gym and if i lay on them and push back, they'll pop my entire back. I feel so good afterwards.

I crack my back all the time and it's so relieving!! I also crack my wrists, fingers, and toes. I wish I could crack my neck, but my chiropractor says it's the worst thing anyone could do because you can paralyze yourself. So I guess it's a good thing I can't. I love going to the chiro and getting an adjustment!!
