I am definitely more careful about crossing the streets and I won't cross if it's blinking with my LO. Two reasons; 1. I want to lead by example to teach him to be on the safe side when crossing the street. 2. he usually walks on his own now, but still a little unpredictable as sometimes he'll stop for no reason so i need a time buffer to either make him continue or be able to pick him up and get to the other side in time.

as far as driving goes. I try to be more careful when driving as well. though i did get into a minor accident last year with LO in the car and while being pregnant. i cross on yellow, i can't seem to shake that ny driving out of me. i know, it's not good.

I am a very careful person, in general. I always stop at yellow lights.

I don't live in a city anymore (waaa hehe just kidding I like our smaller town for right now) but I am still more careful with LO at intersections on foot or in the car.

i am really careful when the LO is in the car, though. but she loves it when i go a bit fast. when she hears the engine rev up she says "Mommy fast!!!" speed demon already, just like me.
