@regberadaisy: Can you not designate where it goes? For me they usually ask you to write in where you want it to go. I always designate student financial aid (since I attended on scholarship, and DEFINITELY wouldn't have been able to afford arguably the country's best university without it) and my husband always designates his to go to the Lacrosse program.

heck nah. i think my alma mater might be in the top 5-10 most expensive schools in the nation. i'm still bitter about that. i'm sure they're doing fine without my paltry donation anyway...
