What are you going to wear tomorrow during the festivities?
My memories have always been dresses, skirts, heels and such, but it got really uncomfortable after spending all day double dipping at both sides of the family!
I ended up marrying a foreigner, and it's not a huge tradition for his family, so now I just wear like a nice pair of jeans and a cute top/sweater then change into sweats or yoga pants ASAP lol

I like to look nice. I will be wearing leggings, dress, boots and sweater. The dress is a more draping fit so no worries about thanksgiving belly (man was it nice being pg on thanksgiving last year!!!)
For our other family event I'll wear my black ponte pants and a sweater, the pants are stretchy!

Thanksgiving has always been casual for us. I usually wear jeans and a casual top. I always do my hair and makeup though!

I'll be wearing leggings and my roomy squirrel sweater that I found in Korea! The squirrel seriously has a furry tail but most of all I love that it hides Thanksgiving pudge

I try to look nice but don't get dressed up really. It's jeans casual, but jeans are so uncomfortable when you eat too much! I thought ahead this year (as evidenced in all the leggings posts!) and I'm wearing leggings with a really long drapey top and open sweater with boots. I think the boots are enough to make it like a real outfit. But more importantly the pants are stretchy.

@Foodnerd81: Perfect! I always insist that If i add boots to jeans or whatever is on the bottom, it kicks the outfit up a notch!
@Mrs. Pen: Dang, no baby belly as an accessory and cover up for too much food lol. I love the idea of a more forgiving top with cute boots and leggins!

Nope! My family never dresses up. I usually wear jeans and a top but no one would think twice if I showed up in sweats.

I think I did as a kid? I try to go "smart casual." No sweatshirts or yoga pants, but I would wear nice jeans and a nice sweater. The southerner in me wouldn't mind dressing up, but being married to a Montanan...his parents would think I was crazy!

I don't dress up, but I dress nice. I'll probably wear jeans and boots tomorrow and a nice top. I'll definitely be doing my hair and makeup. We take a lot of pictures on Thanksgiving!

I usually wear a dress, only because it is much more comfortable when stuffing myself, haha.
We are not super formal, but jeans and a nice sweater or top works.

I wear yoga pants! We do the turkey trot in the morning so I dress for that. Its tradition for me to stay lounging in comfy clothes all day. I still feel weird going to my in laws for dinner in those clothes..... but I know they're very casual and easy going and don't mind.

I usually wear jeans or khakis and just a knit top, but this year I'm totally bumming it. I feel like a fat cow and will be wearing the most comfy clothes I can fit into.

We have an outdoorsy type gathering afterward (flag football, hayrides, gun shooting) so I will probably just wear jeans and a t-shirt. I would probably wear nicer shoes and shirt if we weren't gonna be sitting around in lawn chairs!
