I tend to move up to bigger sizes before DS fills in his clothes width wise... he's longer in arms, has a bigger head, so tops are almost always gone before he fills them out width wise (aside form his lil buddah belly!)

He's in 18 month sleepers (13.5 months) and while it's loose for room to grow, I'm not sure if we'll make it through MI"s winter! :O
