We don't eat dinner as a family because DH gets home about 15 minutes before M goes to bed. She's only 12 months but I'm hoping that we'll find a way to have family dinners fairly soon. We always ate as a family growing up and I think it's really important.

Yep, our LO is twelve months old and has been eating with us at the table pretty much since she started solids, we've predominately done BLW so she eats what we eat.
DH and I both come from families who ate at least two meals a day together at the table and like some if the other Bees have mentioned, it's great bonding time.

We eat dinner as a family at the table every night. We started when e started on solids. Before that DH and I would eat while watching TV. We also eat breakfast together every morning.

DH is only home for dinner on the weekends. I sit with the kids at dinner and eat if I am hungry. We always sit at the table and they are both great eaters so I think it works!

we want to. but generally DH doesn't get home til after LO is in bed. on the rare occasion he is home at dinner time, we definitely all eat together. it's something that I wasn't that worried about, but is very important to DH!

Yes we do most nights. I grew up doing this and loved it!

This is something that is really important to me because I always felt sad as a kid that we never had meals together at the table. I try as often as possible to do this at least a few times a week and when Tor is older I think it will be even more of a priority.

We try to. I always sit at the table with her and if DH is home he does too and we eat at the same time. I always have breakfast with her too and often lunch, but sometimes she eats that in the kitchen while I cook dinner or something. She seems to really like us all being there together.

we eat most dinners together. breakfast will happen if i up on time to have breakfast with DH before he goes to work. Lunch is still hit or miss during the day, but on weekends we usually all eat lunch at the table together.
