We started in late 2012 when we wanted to lose weight and I swore I would never go back. The benefits were immediate and amazing. Cue pregnancy a few months later and I had so many aversions and I fell into some bad habits and they stuck. I think on our next grocery run we're going to stock up on clean foods and get back into it.
