When we eat out... DH & I are always too full to order dessert. When we're home I sometimes have a popsicle or fruit when we're with my parents.... DH loves ice cream.... but again -- not regular dessert eaters...

I really love dessert but am usually too full when we go out to eat. I usually regret it about an hour later once the food has digested a bit & I'm craving something sweet. I almost never order it to go though, I'll just scrounge for something that's healthier & free

We used to eat ice cream every single night. When I started WW I dropped the serving size to 2 small scoops, and since it was still so many points I cut it out all together to be able to eat bigger meals. I dropped weight SO quickly. So needless to say our ice cream habit has been kicked.
I do love ordering dessert while eating out though. Seems like such a bargain for $5-$7 for something so tasty and decadent and usually difficult to prepare. I love ordering things that involve warm cake with cold ice cream.

Mmm... dessert. While I love sweets, I would only eat it every now and then. Once I got pregnant, I developed quite the sweet tooth, which didn't go so well with my gestational diabetes. Now I find myself making up for those last few months, and after dinner I am always looking for dessert. Too bad there's not too many options for me while breastfeeding with my LO being allergic to wheat and dairy.

@tina: I'm like you. Anything warm and gooey with ice cream is my fav!
I'm bad. I eat dessert every night. I try to keep it light. Hot chocolate or a couple of pieces of dark chocolate.

What's the point of eating a meal if it doesn't end in dessert??
I'm a total dessert junkie.

Last pregnancy gave me such a sweet tooth and it stuck. Want some dessert right now!

I used to hardly ever eat dessert unless I'd specifically went out to buy it. But since moving to Sweden, I eat dessert all the time! People here are bakers ... even corner store pastries are delicious! Plus everyone usually eats dessert with their coffee and they have coffee here all the time. I can't escape it even if I wanted to =)

I usually like to have a little something sweet. But just a little piece of white chocolate or something small.

When we're out for dinner I'm too full for dessert but almost always have a coffee - I love coffee after dinner. At home, I'll have some ice cream or fruit...Or even a bit of yogurt...

Now that I'm pregnant, yes. Before pregnancy? Not so much. I like sweets a lot but don't HAVE to have them on a regular evening. Now it seems like I have to have something sweet either before (ha!) or after meals.
One thing I really enjoyed on our cruise was getting the cheese plate as "dessert" when our meal was complete. It doesn't always have to be sweet.

Usually we dont. I often drool over the desserts but get too full to order it. Plus a lot of them are way too sweet. but every now and then we'll pack the actual meal in a takeaway box and gorge on dessert.

We usually get dessert when we go out to eat, either our own or we split one. At home, I'll have ice cream or chocolates. DH usually doesn't eat sweets at home.

Before pregnancy, dessert out was usually a cheese plate and espresso, and we basically never ate dessert at home. Now though – I eat dessert almost every night. Ice cream and fruit is my main go-to, although I won’t turn down a cupcake either!
