Absolutely! Sometimes the only thing we eat for dinner is the food that the kids didn't eat themselves.
Do you eat the leftovers of the food you prepare for your little one?

Yep, I put WAY more effort into what she eats so it is often more delicious than what I make for us. Are you doing all the cooking again this weekend @mrbee?

@mrbee: Wow! I wish DH cooked more often (but we'd have spaghetti and frozen pizza more often so maybe I don't.....)
J is only 7 months so I don't eat his purees, but my best friend totally eats her 4 yo's leftovers and most of the time it's all she has! No wonder she's so stinkin skinny 6 cheerios and half a banana, I'd be skinny too!

Yup, all the time. Lots of times I even serve myself half a serving in anticipation of the leftovers!

She usually eats what we eat. If I cook something for her, I'll make a couple of chicken breasts so that we can eat them too. It's rare that I'd make something for her that we wouldn't eat - usually just the frozen pasta I keep around for her.

When DS was younger, I did. Now he eats what we eat. I gained weight from eating his left overs!
