I definitely fall into the trap of thinking my LO should know better and should/shouldn't do certain things because she is the first born. (She is 2.5 and only 16 months older) I definitely need to work on being more patient with her!

oh yes all the time. charlie is 22 months older. and i should know better since i'm the older sibling and i felt like i got the short end of the stick growing up. but it's still hard!

Yes, I have to check myself sometimes. He's not even 4 yet. He's not 16.

Definitely. I always forget that he's still a little boy.

Yes! I often feel bad sometimes when I realize I've been too hard on her and try and take a step back next time we are in a similar situation and realize she is only two.
