I feel like I know some of you better than my IRL friends! I guess it's because we're on HB every day (or most days) and share a lot of details about our lives and our likes/dislikes. For example, I have NO idea if my IRL friends like dark or light roast coffee. Or whether their SO's are bed hogs! haha.

Yes, and my HB friends definitely know aspects of me better than my IRL friends, since none of my IRL friends (except one) know about my IF.

Yes. No one but my husband and my parents know I am TTC IRL, nevermind all the challenges I've faced with that.

@mrs. bird: I know what you mean! I feel like there are like only 30 people reading these boards (our HB friends!) when in fact there could be hundreds of lurkers. Yikes!

haha sometimes! especially casual friends IRL - I have some friends/acquaintances that are moms and are always sooo put together, so cool, and you know that there must be SOMETHING about being a new mom that they struggled with but they'd never spill to me. I feel like I "know" a lot more about how normal it is to be overwhelmed, stressed, unsure, etc. about a lot of things when you're pregnant/have babies.

@rachiecakes: YES! I know several moms like that. They look super polished and put together and never complain about anything. Their kids are always dressed in these cute outfits and hair styles. I walk around with jeans and flip flops and my kids always have some sort of stain on their shirts. I'm always in awe on how they manage to be so "perfect"!

In some aspects yes! No one IRL knows how much I wish we were TTC. We keep telling everyone "we are waiting for a couple more years" just to try and keep questions about TTC at bay. But I desperately can't wait until DH and I actually TTC. I'm sure most of my friends IRL all think that DH and I won't even have kids with how long we've told them we're going to wait! lol

Yes! I connect with people on Hellobee on an almost daily basis, whether it's on the boards or Instagram. My in real life friends don't communicate with me nearly that often. They're so busy and assume that I don't have time.
