I get bad headaches when the barometric pressure drops suddenly... it's happened ever since I got hit on the head about 10 years ago. Thankfully it's gotten a bit better over time...
Yesterday the weather changed really suddenly and I had to sleep for 3 hours in the afternoon. Today I thought I was ok, but my head is hurting again... may have to lie down.
Do you ever get headaches when the weather changes suddenly?

Occasionally. I never use to but I've noticed it more in my adult years. Usually when I'm not feeling 100%. My mom gets them bad so I think I may end up following in her footsteps. Sorry about your headache.

Yup, have at least since college. My mom does too but not as bad, i think. They've been much better since I did acupuncture though! Otherwise, Sudafed (psuedophendrine from behind the counter, not the stuff out on the shelves) helps a lot.

Take a benadryl! It always helps me when the weather changes or when it rains. It makes me super tired.... but that's better than a migraine.

Yes, everytime I tell DH I have a headache he says it's because of the weather..no matter what the weather is lol

YES, I'm extremely sensitive to the heat. I'm prone to migraines, I hate the summer.

Yup! I get migraines as soon as the pressure starts dropping. My brain is a better weatherman than the actual weatherman.

I never had problems until I got a really bad ear infection right after I had Wagon Jr. My ear was blocked for 2 weeks and finally popped. Ever since then, whenever it's about to rain or snow or something (I guess it has to do with pressure) I get a HORRIBLE headache right behind my right ear, the same ear that was infected. It's awful.

yup, the humidity seems to lure them on...every time summer rolls around i'm reminded how much i don't like summer, just because of the headaches!

Barometric pressure changes are the main trigger for my migraines. Apparently it's a common trigger. I always dread winter because it happens a lot more.

Yes, this happens to me all the time - I can judge by the weather forecast whether my headache is going to stick around or go away.
Thankfully, they've been much better since being pregnant - I'm not looking to their return!

This happens to DH all the time! Poor thing, sometimes it's so bad that it totally lays him low for a whole day. I say that he is my own personal barometer, but I wish it wouldn't be so painful for him!

I gets migraines when the seasons change. When everyone else is enjoying the first nice days of spring, I'm in bed with a pillow over my head in pitch black silence.

@mrbee: I'm a human barometer, too! I get headaches every time a low pressure front cones through. I usually have to take excedrin for it.
