All the time, but ours is anything but easy and healthy. Our breakfast for dinner normally consists of french toast, bacon and home fries. This is a more complex dinner than some of the normal meals I make.

All the time. Eggs and bacon. Omelettes sound good! I might do that some time soon!

Yep. We usually have pancakes so it's not very healthy. It's always delicious though!

Yep, every week! Breakfast is a HUGE thing in my husband's family, so he makes a wonderful meal out of it He even learned how to make perfect scrambled eggs for me, even though he hates eggs!

Maybe once or twice a month we'll do eggs, bacon and toast, or omelets, or a quiche, or pancakes.

@MamaMoose: no eggs?!?! I'm not a huge fan of them but I put them in so many things! That would be so hard!!
@PrincessBaby: same. When DH works his nights I have no energy or motivation to cook

@Mrs. Pen: m has food intolerances that we are still sorting out so I currently don't eat dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, nuts or fish!

@Mrs. Pen: she's lucky she's cute!! Honestly though we are finally really seeing improvements (no fussiness, she had a bad rash that is gone, and no blood in her stool for a week!) so that makes it much easier to stick to. Not to mention that at 3 months post partum I weight 7 pounds LESS than when I got pregnant!

Yes! Eggs or quiche are often on the dinner menu. Growing up, whenever it was my dad's turn to make dinner it was always breakfast. I'm pretty sure that's all he knows to make, lol.

I do "leftover veggies" omelets a lot! I guess that counts? And on nights when I was solo parenting while DH traveled and LO was still EBF, I definitely made a bowl of oatmeal, dumped in some frozen fruit and called it dinner!

Never!!!!
My dad left home when I was 12 and, unfortunately for me, he had been the cook in our house (he used to grow organic vegetables in the garden and make the most amazing soups and stews).... My mum had an evening cleaning job at the time and every day, for "brunch", (as she was home all day) she'd have a full fry up - bacon, sausages, tomatoes, baked beans etc. She would always cook up an extra potion for me have for dinner when I got in from school, as she didn't get home until 8pm and felt bad about not being there to cook me dinner. So every night, for about two years (until I learned to cook myself) I would eat reheated breakfast-for-dinner. YUK!!! I'm scarred for life!!!!

Yes! One of my favorites, but DH doesn't really care for it, he thinks it is "weird!" It was my favorite growing up so it holds a special place in my heart!

@IcebergMom: I think they said it on Scrubs once, and we've been using the term ever since!
