Olive was a little fussy before bedtime, so we bundled her up and took her on a quick walk up and down the block. She settled right down, and had such a blast! Gotta remember to do that more regularly...hopefully the weather cooperates!!

I did this yesterday and it was a bad decision! My LO is too heavy and squirms too much!

We used to love doing this. Even just a walk down our long driveway.

When the weather isn't so cold we take quick walks to the mail box or a little ride down the street in the push car. Definitely works to break things up!

DH almost always holds her when he takes her on walks to the park. There's no way I could carry her that long.
Over Christmas we found out that DH's dad was soooo worried that DH would fall or drop her while walking with her. They were so happy that I bought him a front facing carrier, though I don't think it'd be much better if he fell with her in the carrier!

Yup all the time. It was great over Christmas when everyone had their lights out, we'd bundle up and go see everything. She had little snowmen she'd give hugs to and ooo and ahhh. Now that most of the lights are down though I find it hard to do after dinner since it's so cold but we go out for lots of quick jaunts during the day.
It's hard now that she's 21 lbs to do it for too long, yesterday she fell asleep on me while we were walking sans carrier and I had to sit and take a break.I gained more weight than that when I was pregnant, somehow she feels a lot heavier now.

I wish...it's so cold and windy here. Maybe when he is older! We live off a pretty canyon.

Not yet. Her head/body is still so floppy I don't like walking far with her in my arms.
