I just saw a woman throw a ketchup packet out her car window. And then I saw a man throw a crumpled piece of paper out his window too! I don't litter if I can help it.
Do you ever litter?

I just stick litter in my pocket until I pass a trash can.

Wow, I don't understand people who litter! I put trash in my purse until I find a trash can.. which is why my purse is always gross

Nope! I do throw biodegradable stuff like apple cores into the bushes if I'm near some, but I don't count it as litter.

No , and it really irks me when people throw garbage out of their cars

Only if you count leaving a few pieces of cereal underneath the restaurant table. And that's only if I'm alone with DS and truly cannot pick it up.
Sometimes I'll toss an apple core or banana peel in the woods if I'm on a trail.

I never purposely litter like throwing something out the car window!
If I have something in my hand and it blows away, I don't always make the effort to chase it down...

Never! I don't think it would even occur to me to just throw something out of the window.....!

Does gum count? I spit my gum out the car window. Other than that, I do not litter at all.

Nope. Never! We've seen people throw empty fast food bags out of their cars... SO annoying'

Only biodegradable things and only if I'm in an area where they won't bother people.
Like an apple core I might throw into bushes on the side of a rural road, but I wouldn't toss it in a city area.
And I don't ever toss gum, because it's messy and gets on peoples shoes and messes up sidewalks.
I would never throw something like a ketchup packet.... that's irresponsible and illegal!

Nope! I usually have a small plastic bag in my diaper bag I can use to hold onto stuff until I find a garbage can!
I have been known to toss stuff back into someones car when I see it get chucked out at a stop light on in a parking lot. I have also confronted people when I see them chuck something when walking - I pick it up and chase after them and tell them they must have accidentally dropped something and hand it back to them. Yeah, I am that jerk.

No. I wish we had stricter enforcement in the U.S about not littering. A friend from NZ was amazed at the litter here, and said it never happens where she lives.
The worse is when you see someone at a stop light open their car door and empty out their ash tray.

No, and it makes me insane when people do. How freaking hard is it to hold on to something until you can find a trash can?!

No! I hate litter. It makes me so mad when I see litter on the side of our roads. I saw a worker pull a plastic bag off a sign one day and he dropped it on the ground. I yelled at him from my car to pick it up. He didn't. I stopped and picked it up in front of him. Lazy.

@Arden: Same, I will throw an apple core out my window if I'm driving down a county road and it lands in the ditch/shoulder next to a farm field.

Haha - I love what a crowd of goody-two-shoes we are. I don't litter either

No, how hard is it to hold onto your trash for a little bit? Not very!
