I sold some of my old DVDs on Ebay before but I haven't done it in years. I tend to donate more than I sell....
I want to sell a Chicco stroller that has been used once but it seems like a big hassle!

I donate more than I sell too. Sometimes I just want it gone, and don't want to hassle with it.

Selling has always seemed like a hassle, but now that we have baby stuff everywhere, I can see myself selling it when LO outgrows it. It was an investment, even going cheap!

I used to donate everything I didn't use but once I discovered how easy it was to sell things, I started selling our nicer items and donating the rest. I don't like clutter and DH is the same way so we're pretty good about clearing things out on a regular basis.

I always donate.. selling is too much of a hassle and I would rather give it to someone that needs it. I have put things up online for a low price and when people come to pick it up I just give it to them for free. The look on their face is worth it.

Before I met DH, I would just give it away. But since him, we sell a lot of stuff, and donate what would never sell. $5 here, $20 there... it adds up!

For most things I try to sell first. It really is so easy to do with the Craigslist app, too.

I try to sell. We have a local for sale site on facebook I use (both buy and sell). We sold a swing I got that my kid hated that way. Haven't sold much else as we are h0ping for another.

I sell more expensive stuff like furniture that we no longer need. I donate the rest, books, clothes, dvd's.

Mostly no. I've sold a few items, older GPS, MP3 players, etc. Other than that there's not really worth selling so it usually ends up in the trash or the exchange pile at the transfer station.

@autumnlove: Thanks. To be honest, I am a huge purger so I normally feel like they are doing me the favor by carting the stuff out of here haha

I will sell stuff rarely. Just sold our guest bedroom mattress and old dresser to make way for the nursery! But most little things I just donate. I've posted stuff for free on Craigslist too. But I really need to SELL more often so I can recoup some $!

I just made $120 in the last few days selling some baby stuff on a local yard sale group on Facebook. Feels awesome!

I sell at a bi annual kids consignment sale. I like that I can gather stuff up and three days later I have a check. Anything that doesn't sell the first two days goes to half price the third dray and then if it doesn't sell they donate it for you.

Nah - I usually just give it away. I don't have very expensive stuff anyways.

Craigslist is my best friend for big stuff! For smaller items I usually pass them on or donate.
