I've heard from a few people that they text regularly with friends from Hellobee! Personally though, I have never texted with someone from Hellobee. Unless you count Mrs. Bee!
Do you ever text with people from Hellobee?

With two HBers, one I met on HB and the other is a friend who joined HB so I don't know if she counts.

@Arden: I would text you I'm not much of a texter, and I have a dinosaur phone that sometimes lives in the garage (oops!) or maybe in a diaper drawer, but I would totally do some thumb-toning exercises and get into texting shape.

@Mrs. Twine: I wondered if you texted. Cause I'm terrible on the phone. I hate phones. But I like texting (because it's writing).

@Arden: That's hilarious. I'm probably the only writer ever who would much prefer talking to writing (well, I can't be the ONLY one, right?) I just find that I can't keep up with my flow of thoughts. I even tried using speech recognition software because I'd rather say what I want to write, but it came up with some weird-ass stuff. Then I'd have to go back and fix it which wrecked my writing chi anyhow.

I have a few friends I text from HB. I technically met them/initially got to know them on WB though.

@Mrs. Twine: Haha! When I'm on the phone I tend to get distracted and say random things that I don't actually mean just to fill space and then it gets awkward. I do this in person too. Which is probably why I have no "real life" friends. At least, no English speaking ones. But that's ok because Internet friends don't get mad/sad when you move. Which I do a lot.
Oy. Can you tell I'm tired and a little high on fumes from my giant shelf project? Also I'm on a sugar high, because tiramisu ice cream is yummy.

Nope, I don't typically have any one on one convos with anyone here anyways... I've never been too good at making friends!

@Arden: Nice. I could go for some ice cream. But our thermostat is turned down for "nighttime" (read:people are asleep under lots of heavy "extra" blankets) and so my nose is cold even without ingesting frozen stuff. So... maybe tomorrow. I have a cheesecake in the fridge and I'm tempted to sneak a piece, Only it is a real challenge to be stealthy about it because it is currently un-sliced. Sigh. I suppose I'll just make my dough and go to bed.

@Mrs. Twine: This is how you stealthily eat the cheesecake - you flip it upside down, and you scrape off the middle of the bottom. Then you flip it back over and nobody is the wiser.
I once hollowed out an entire bundt cake as a child, and no one knew until they went to slice it and it was hollow.

@Arden: That is awesome. I would never have thought to do that!! But I won't flip it-- the crust is Mr. T's favorite part and he would be too sad. Plus, I'm not sure I have the energy. I ate a couple of chips. It was disappointing.

@Arden: text me!!!!!
I text with two. They are my IRL friends now, though we met on HB.

Nope. Wish I did though because I don't really have any IRL mom friends!

I only have the number for one HBer!
TBH, I'm terrible at keeping conversations going... So unless I've met someone in person, and they see all my quirks and goofiness, I feel awkward chatting on text, FB, here. LOL

I do t really text conversations so it wouldn't really work. I do like the new chat in my Mac!
