I'm almost 29 (Oy!), I own 2 houses and rent one out, I have my masters, I have a baby, etc and I still don't feel like a grown up.
Do you? When did you start feeling like a grown up?

I'm almost 31, I'm the only one of my friends who has a kid, I have a stable career, my hubs has a stable career, we have a house, two cars...On paper I'm a grown up. In reality, I feel like I'm trying to be one.

Nope, at 30yrs old I still feel like a child most days! I've been married 7 years, first one to get married and first one to own a home and have a kid out of all our friends. I'm not sure when I'll grow up, but I don't mind feeling young! I thought I'd feel like an adult after having a baby...maybe after the second kid comes?

Yeah, I do. I am going to be 23 next month. I have my own home, I got my license (finally) a year ago, I have my own car, been married a year, and a baby on the way. I've just been feeling a lot more responsible lately. = )

Nope...there are some days when I marvel that I get to drive a car, much less am married and trying to have a baby. I'm 25.
According to the parent-loss idea, I lost my dad at 20 and there were days when I felt positively old planning his memorial service and such. My mom didn't help with that because she was dealing with her own grief at the time, but I didn't mind because it was one last thing I could do for my dad.

Yeah, but I've always been an old soul. I was a grown up as a teen ager, I guess.
