I do if I either had really good or really bad service. I'm a stickler for good customer service and it really irks me when my cashier is rude, etc.

I do for Old Navy & Gap they give a coupon and I end up in there at least once every few weeks. I don't do the "win $1000" raffle ones because.. I enter sweepstakes as a hobby and have never heard of anyone winning one of those

Always thought about it, but I never do. I should!

I always try to, especially since my job is to analyze client satisfaction to justify our services/programs to donors. So I really know how important it is to get that data!

Plus, the thought of getting something free or winning $$ for doing something that takes literally 5 minutes is too tempting!!
