I floss when I have something stuck in my teeth... but it's not something I've been doing every day. (I brush several times a day and kinda hoped that it was enough even though I know I should be flossing too.)

So I've decided to step up and floss each and every day. So I did some quick Googling for flossing tips, and apparently I have been flossing all wrong. The point isn't to remove stuff between your teeth... it's to remove plaque from your teeth:

Oops, guess I'll have to rework my flossing technique! Although this new process takes forever... I just flossed and man, it felt like time was standing still. Sometimes I feel like I suck at being an adult.

Do you floss every day? How long does it take you to floss?
