You how the books say to get an extra cleaning while pregnant because all the extra blood makes bacteria grow better?
And... I even went and got the extra cleaning.
Now, 2 months pp, I have my first ever CAVITY. Ugh!
Anyone else find any dental issues from pregnancy?

yes my gums were sor during pregnancy and were bleeding a lot, I was told this is normal so I just switch to an alcohol free mouth wash and used it more frequently. I was also lazier during my pregnancy and didnt floss or brush as much, now I regret it though because my teeth seem to not be as white as before

Bummer. I am so bummed because I have always been so good with my teeth. I thought that with the extra cleaning I would be fine. Nope!
